विभागीय महिला उत्पीडन समिति | Departmental Women Harassment Committee

Departmental women harassment committees (DWHCs)‚ also known as Internal Complaints Committees or ICCs‚ are mandatory committees in Indian workplaces with more than 10 employees under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention‚ Prohibition and Redressal) Act‚ 2013․ They require a senior female employee as chairperson‚ at least 50% women members‚ and external NGO representation to address complaints fairly‚ confidentially‚ and promptly․
